Support Services

If your business relies on IT then you need some form of support and maintenance service.
Business IT support is not all about calling someone when things go wrong. It is about  maintenance and administration combined with fast acting support. Systems that are maintained on a regular basis are more stable and faster than those that are not, so it is a false economy to only involve specialists when things go wrong.

Through the use of innovative monitoring and maintenance tools, we are able to automate the vast majority of tasks that on-site IT staff would carry out on a regular basis. This lowers support costs and call-outs and will keep your systems operating at their full potential. Any Internet connected PC, laptop or server can me covered by the service, even equipment that is operated in remote locations.

Ad-Hoc Support
We are happy to provide businesses with ad-hoc support, but please be aware that response times cannot be guaranteed as support contract subscribers have to take precedence. To log a support request, please register as a user of our site and submit a support ticket in the Client Support area of the site.

Support Contracts (Totally Remote)
We don’t really offer conventional annual maintenance contracts as we believe they are unfair and tying. We do however offer two levels of our ‘Totally Remote’ monitoring, maintenance and support service in the form of a rolling monthly contract.

Totally Remote Standard - Each PC, Laptop and Server within your organisation is maintained and monitored using our remote monitoring and maintenance tools. Any additional work that we have perform is still chargeable but at a discounted rate. Totally Remote Standard is charged on a monthly basis and you can cancel at any time (subject to a month’s notice).

Totally Remote Platinum - Once again, our remote monitoring and maintenance tools look after your systems but additional support (remote and on-site) is also included in the subscription fee. The only additional outlay you will ever have is if we provide any hardware (new equipment, software or replacement parts), so you will always know how much IT support is going to cost and there will be no nasty surprises. Totally Remote Platinum is charged on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time (subject to a month’s notice).

In both cases, support requests are logged using the Helpdesk system on our web site. Subscribers to our support services receive priority response times over ad-hoc support requests. Non-urgent support issues are normally dealt with next working day, whereas emergency issues (business cannot continue) will be dealt with as soon as we receive a support request.
